This Agreement applies to the following services provided by RMT & RAC Network:
The SaaS Platform provides access to our cloud-based system and may include: online booking and scheduling, client management tools, SOAP/clinical note tools, secure storage of client and business data, marketing and SEO tools, Google Profile / Ads assistance, and other digital modules or add-ons that you select.
Website Maintenance covers keeping your existing website running smoothly and securely. This may include plugin, theme, and core updates, uptime monitoring, security scanning, malware prevention or cleanup, performance tuning, and minor content adjustments if they are included in your plan.
Website Maintenance does NOT include new feature development, redesigns, custom coding, new templates, advanced new functions, full site migrations, or marketing projects, unless these are agreed to in a separate quote or agreement.
All subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with this Agreement. All fees – including setup fees, subscription fees, maintenance fees, and customization fees – are non-refundable. Applicable GST/HST will be charged based on your billing address.
SaaS Platform – Solo Studio & SaaS Platform – Clinic: a minimum of 90 days (3 months) written notice is required to cancel. A non-refundable $100 CAD setup fee will be charged or retained. Your subscription remains active and billable during the 90-day notice period. Your data may be permanently deleted 60 days after termination.
Website Maintenance: you may cancel at any time. The current month’s fee is non-refundable, and no partial refunds are provided. Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
We follow industry standards (including SSL, encryption, and secure hosting) and comply with PIPEDA. You are responsible for complying with PHIPA and any other professional, college, or regulatory requirements that apply to your practice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the last 3 months. We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
By completing this form, you authorize RMT & RAC Network to automatically charge your saved payment method, via Stripe, for:
as well as any outstanding balances on your account. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel according to this Agreement or until we terminate your access to the services.
