Important Payment & Refund Policy

Practitioners are required to complete full payment online at the time of booking in order to reserve a shared treatment room.

A refund request will only be considered if no formal rental agreement has yet been signed between the practitioner and the clinic.

If no rental agreement has been executed, the practitioner may:

  • Cancel the booking and request a refund up to 1 day before the rental start date by emailing the Platform at icloudmount.meng@gmail.com.
  • Any approved refund will be issued less applicable payment processing or transfer fees.

Cancellation requests received later than 1 day before the rental start date may not be eligible for a refund, even if no agreement has been signed.

Once a formal rental agreement between the practitioner and the clinic has been fully executed, all payments become final and strictly non-refundable, regardless of any subsequent cancellation.
